Change all Playlists to Tracks

hi,
is there a fast way to change the playlists of one track to individual audio tracks??

thanks in advance!

1 - make sure drop order is top to bottom
2 - scroll out so you see the grey unused area at the bottom of the session
3 - on the track go to playlist view
4 - select all audio regions you want to transfer to their own tracks
5 - hold ctrl and pull the regions out of the bin into the grey unused area at the bottom of the edit window
6 - select all audio regions you want to transfer to their own tracks again
7 - hold ctrl and pull the regions out of the bin onto the newly created tracks edit: you could also just pull the regions inside the edit window down to the new tracks!

PS. Action 3 and 4 are only there to quickly create the correct amount of new tracks - unfortunately Pro Tools only adds the active region onto the lowest new track. But that's sorted with actions 6 and 7. When the track that holds the playlists is selecting during action 5 the new tracks are added just below that track.

Thanks a lot - that´s great to do it so!!! I´ve tried several things like "expand alternates to new tracks" etc. but had always troulbles with that.
