Default Digi002r

How long did 002r run before any of you guys started experiencing the power harness problems? Just wondering. It hasn't happened to me, I just got mine. But I still worry about it a little.

I had mine for 4 months and then sent it off to Digi. Luckily, they're really quick and will promise a 3 day turnover with free overnighting back, at least in my case. Then 2 months later, the new one died. That time I got the replacement kit and it takes 10 mins to swap the power supply and connector. Then you apply a little progold and oxy-somethin to the connectors to help with the crappy connection and prevent corrosion. Lately the power harness has been acting up again? Having these problems are getting really old now... But otherwise the 002r has been great to me.

I've had mine over a year, 15 months with no problems as of yet.

Now since I posted this message I probably will have a problem.

Dude why did you ask this question?

Oh no what was that click I just heard.

No offense to those who are now having or have had problems with their units.

From my understanding it was the first gen units that had this problem.

Mine's a year old and no problems except occasional pilot error. (again, knock wood)

This is probably going to end up being our "jynx" thread!
