Pro Tools 2023.12 freeze while commiting tracks that have the new i/o colors

I decided to try and use the new function where you can color the i/o and used it for a mix.
When I opened this session back up again today to make some stems, each time I tried to commit a track Pro Tools freezed up whil "optimizing files". I took me a while to narrow it down to the i/o colors being the culprit.

When I put the i/o colors to "None", commit worked as expected again.

Hi Henning...... I haven't used this feature yet so the case David has created will get to the bottom of it but...not sure if you have seen this great video.

Yeah, I think it's a really useful addition to help keep on top of bigger sessions.

I had a friend of mine testing commiting a track with this feature on his system, and he ran into the same issue, but good to hear David has created a case!

Hey guys,

Just been ripping my hair out for hours before stumbling across this thread! It's totally the solution - i.e. remove all the i/o colours and commits work again!

I'm on Studio 2024.3.1
