munx,

we're waiting till end of next week, but what I was thinking was we would use "Frippant" as the middle song/center of the whole thing; that way we could have two others songs going on at the same time; someone working on the tune preceeding and someone else on the one following, both at the same time.

Then, when one of those folks we're done, they pass it on to whomever; it will allow things to move a bit more rapidly.

Any volunteers to go first?

We need someone to work before and after. I could have that underway (CDs of submixes out to folks; .sit files online) early next week.

Oh, Id like to do another tune on the album, if no one minds! This is starting to sound like so much fun, I want to work on one again too!

Looking back through the posts; I see two volunteers whose DUC nicknames I can't match with folks who have emailed me, so:

The Electric Trombone
and
lison44

If you are still in, and haven't email me, please do! If you did email me, and I don't have the smarts to match your DUC nickname with your real name, let me know that too!

This is really cool. A number of years ago there was an animated short called "Anijam". The gimmick was that a well known animator created a character and animated a short sequence, and then sent it to another well known animator with the instructions that the last frame of his sequence be the first frame of the new guy's sequence, and that he use the character throughout, and when he/she was finished they should send it off to another animator with the same instructions. I think there were like a dozen animators involved, and the result was a feature with an incredible diversity of styles and ideas, but that fascinated and captivated for its whole length. I'm sure this collective effort will be as quality and as entertaining as that. Can't wait to hear what you guys (and Doc, too, of course, and any other females here) come up with in this project! I have something for the start. It's streched out with plenty of space to work on/in. Let me know how it can be distributed. I am traveling on the road, but, at certain times have access to broadband.

"A dream" is a pretty cool working title
