Default 9.0.1 doesn't fix the Import Session Data crash

I wonder when Pro Tools 9 will be useable for Importing Session Data?

see this thread for details

I've had that bug happen to me, but it's pretty seldom (I'd say less than 5% of the time it happens) and easy to remedy. If you go into the session you're importing from and thin out the I/O you can then import data from that session w/o crashing.

Thanks for the input, but in my workflow, all the sessions that I am importing session data from are on a server. I'm unable to open them and "thin out" the I/O (which sounds like a lot of work for the number of things I'm importing on a daily basis).

Can you request that the users who are creating those sessions thin out or remove the I/O setup before they place them on the server?

Fair enough suggestion (thanks), but then the procedure would be MUCH more trouble than it's worth (for me). I'd rather wait for 9.0.2(?) than make this bug the responsibility of my clients or coworkers.
