Default Help Digi001 OS interruption problem!

Someone please tell me why I keep getting this error message "The operating system held off interrupts for too long. If this occurs often, try increasing the H/P buffer size in the hardware setup panel(-9092)"
I'm running a PM9600 with 192megs with a Mach
G3 ZIF with OS9.0 with only neccesary extension and I've tried everything! When I try to increase H/P buffer it still give's me the same error. Please help! Running Pro Tools 5.01. Does anyone know if its the dip stick configuration on the XLR8 card??? If it is what are the configs??? Thanks.
