Assertion Error When Opening Session

I'm getting the below error when trying to open a 176.4/32 session. All backups as well cause this error when opening. This occurs in both PT10 and PT11. Have tried using Wav Fixer without any luck as well as building a fresh project using Session Data import. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Assertion in "/Volumes/Development/139084/ProTools/App/MacBuild/../StudioMgr/SMgr_DelayMgr.cpp", line 4203.

Hi Benot, have you tried trashing PT prefs etc since the error started?
Are other sessions running ok?
Also, it might be worth trying a new session, then dragging some of the problematic media into the session using Spot mode to see if it's one piece of audio causing the issue.

Fresh PT install as well as OS, same problem. These files came from analog sources and have been moved so spot won't work for that. Files play on audio import, but as soon as you try to import session data error msg. appears.

Other sessions are running good, its crazy that all the bk ups presents the same problem!

Otherwise you may be stuck having to importing the audio into a new session (hopefully the session is not too complex).

Yes!!!!
Ok, so it was a UAD plug that "run out" (365 day demo)
Found it by holding down shift like you said, THANK YOU guys sooo much.
Always suspect the plugzzz!!!!

This fixed my Line 339 error, and next I'll try it on my lab machines with the Line 237 error!

I'll sort through the non-Avid p/us and delete my expired demo versions.

I'll tell you more than once I've thought, "which idiot left that old/test/demo plugin there". Oh OK must have been me.
