Thanks, Russ. They don't look pretty to me. I do care more about the sound than the looks but...I would definately like to have something that looks nice AND sounds nice.
I had most ProTools' interfaces: 002 Rack, 002, Mbox2 and my beloved and gone ProTools HD that I miss up to the last hair. I am still waiting the substitute for HD whatever it is. In the mean time I will keep my lilte MBox2 with my Focusrite ISA430MkII as front end with my U87 mic.
Nevertheless, good to know AVID is moving. But I hope that this MBox3 is not only an MBox2 with new case/logo. I guess it should have the same preamps as the 003. I wish it had ADAT. Anyway....
