D-Control keyboard+numeric keypad issue pls Help...

hi to all
Im using MacPro+Lion+Pro Tools 10 HD

(in input Sources U.S. is selected) also I tried all others..


in my D-control (bought new about 4-5 months ago) there is a problem that I cant fix it..

The problem is when I press the command in software shows that I pressed alt option button.. when I'm pressing alt option shows command!!!

also in numeric keypad + button doesn't work
when Im pressing - it shows +
*=-
/=*
= shows /
num lock dosn't work

I think this is hardware issue is there any fix or should I call the service to fix it out..

Somewhere on the D-Control keyboard you can select to let it behave for PC or Mac I believe, but my brain has a memory leak about the details...

Thierry is on to something. There is a little switch at the bottom of the D Ctrl keyboard that lets you switch between win and mac keyboard layouts.
You will have to take the keyboard out and flip the switch over into the correct position

It is explained somewhere in the manual as well. Somewhere in the setup section in the beginning of the manual.

Guys Im using protools 10 hd but some times needs to use cubase 6..
do you know can I use Cubase + D-Control
when I open cubase the d-contrl is offline I cant get it online...
