Default Quantized MIDI Note Info not Highlighted According to the Grid

This has been posted before, infact this is the second time for me.

After quantizing MIDI notes, you cant always highlight the very first note(s) of a particular measure. You can drag the these notes out of position and back to where they snap in to position according to the grid, and they still cannot be highlighted. The only work around is to re-draw in those notes. That is a pain in the ass.
I know others are having the same problem and I hope that they keep posting until this gets resolved.
