Default Pro Tools 8 LE does not work with my Mbox 2 on Snow Leopard
I have no idea why my Mbox2 will not light up, I tried installing the PT9 drivers and it worked fine. However when I installed the PT8 drivers, it would not light up. I need some help bad!!!!!

I have Snow Leopard btw.

Well, thats not enough info, what version of PT 8 are you running, which OSX exactly are you using on what kind of computer and so on, hit us

Oh, and did you uninstall the PT9 drivers before using PT 8?

i have 10.6.6 and PT 8.0 LE. I'm running on a brandnew MacBook Pro with the i7 intel.

You will need the most recent update of PT , which is 8.05

I'm having the same problem w/ my MBox 2 using PT LE 8.0.5 and Snow Leopard 10.6.8. Where are the PT 8 drivers for the MBox 2? The only ones I can find on the Avid site are 9.0 and 10.3.3? How do you uninstall any previous drivers? The MBox 2 shows up and connects in System Preferences, but it doesn't in the CoreAudio Manager.
