Reducing Latency, Suggestions?
Even in the low latency mode I am geting enough latency that it is bothering the singer I am working with.
Of corse I have a 20 plus plug ins going across 15 plus tracks. Any suggestions on reducing the latency? Thanks in advance. emin9th |

Re: Reducing Latency, Suggestions?
Don't use the full track list for recoding the singer. Give him only as much as he need to perform as he wants. Deactivate all other tracks, plug-ins and stuff he don't need.

Quote:
That is the best you are going to do inside the Pro Tools environment. In LLM, plug-ins and sends on record enabled tracks are automaticaly disabled. Disabling plug-in's on the rest of the tracks may improve the general system performance of the session, but not the latency. |
