Default Midi Transcription from KB to Sheet Music

I have one basic question. I was told I needed to get the pro tools because the Sibelius program I was using would not notate the Keyboard playing both hands at the same time. Does Pro Tools 11 allow the keyboard player to play a complicated piece through midi (via instrument track) and show the notes played on a music score?

It did the last time I checked and that applies to Sibelius too.
