Error..load the controller personality comm8

Error..load the controller personality comm8

While updating to PT Le 8, this occured. I'm running on Xp.I had no problems before. I installed PT8, removed old one, removed all drivers for Command 8, reinstalled and nothing. I get "error while trying to load the controller personality "command"8".I cannot run command 8.
Any ideas? Need some help.
Let me know.
