problem with consolodate in 7.1.cs9

since i have installed pt 7.1cs9 . i find after deleting a waveform in an audiofile then consolodating that the deleted material in inserted back. i realize deleting does not remove the old region but it never restored the original file with the deleted area..same happens when inserting silence and then cosolodating..anyone else found this problem?
Pt.7.1cs9, hd3 accel pci,g5dual 2gig loaded with ram. 192s and 96 ios .midi io, big ben clock.

We're not having similar problems here - have you tried trashing preferences? Does this happen in every session or just certain ones?

found it doesn't happen in sessions started in 7.1..only in a session i converted from an le session in 5.9..trashed preferences and all the regular stuff...will try to start new session and import audio..will probably work that way..thanks...
