I opened a case yesterday and it’s already fixed, look in your Avid accounts for the updated code…

Still not working for me.

Did the code change today? I believe the code I'm seeing now is the same as yesterdays.

edit: I wasn't copying the entire code. Apparently you have to include the bit that doesn't seem to be part of the SN#
