Default Cpu spikes 12.5

No crashes today but a lot of cpu spikes.

Slate vmr, reel tape, pro compressor and slate trigger running. Not a ton of plugs.

I73770k 16 gigs ddr3 1600

recording on a fresh seagate sata drive. Internal is an SSD.

I did some more optimizations that i had missed. Hopefully this helps a bit.
