Default Replace Missing Knobs on Digi 002R

My Digi 002R is missing some knobs. I posted a while back how to go about getting replacements and was directed to digidesign store. I have since sent three requests to that site to date inquiring how I can get replacement knobs, but no one has gotten back to me over about a 3 week period. Any further suggestions anyone?

Why would you need to make an inquiry? What specific inquiry are you making? Maybe we can answer it for you to save you some time. (Also, if you are waiting for an email reply, check to make sure your spam filter is not blocking messages from Digidesign).

Why don't you just purchase them in the online store?

Knob for 002 - with line

Knob for 002 - no line

They're only $3 a piece. You know, just click the "add to cart" button on one (or both) of those pages, then click the "Checkout" link. Just order them!

On the US DigiStore, they're on the DigiStore under the Services column:
Spares
(I can see how you might have missed it, I looked under hardware first, where I thought they would be)

Digi 002 fader caps are on page 1, and replacement knobs for Digi 002 or Command|8 are on page 2.

Afraid to say I have to agree with the foul mannered poster above me. I went to check the link that was provided by the tech guy and it only brings to the main page of the avid store.

Although by going into accessories, the pop up menue clearly showed spare nobs & faders

@ monaco, if you'd change your attitude a bit, I'm sure many people here would appreciate it, and you might even get better results with your inquiries in the future.

As of today, Feb 20, 2102, only Digi 003 knobs are listed. Does this mean that 002 knobs are no longer available? If so, is there a qualified generic replacement available that could be purchased from an electric parts store?

The 003 knobs might work(never tried that). DigiKey is a big parts source and might have something. You might also try contacting Avid/Digi service centers for parts. AllPro Electronics in Nashville is my local service center. Check their website?
