Default Email from Avid saying I don't have an upgrade plan (I have 3)

I have 3 current PT HD upgrade plans with Avid.
I got an email today saying that I don't have any on record. Also that I should get on with it and choose one already.

come on Avid. come on.

Default Re: Is this AVID email legit or some scam?

Hmm. I received an email just now as well stating this:

"Valued Pro Tools Customer:

In case you weren’t aware, your Annual Upgrade Plan for Pro Tools has expired. That means you no longer have access to any new software releases, including new features and performance improvements. Since introducing Pro Tools 12, we’ve continued to strive to make your experience the best it can be. Here are some highlights of the ongoing innovation we’ve released so far…

According to my iLock LM, my HD Plan expires 03/30/17.
Who should I contact? It was sent from "[email protected]"

Another error to my list...

I received the email as well and have two active licenses. Contacted registration support and was told that it was a computer error. Only thing that I can think of is that there is an old Pro Tools 11HD version of the software logged in my account that doesn't show an active service contract. I believe that is the license that I upgraded to 12HD with the support plan - not 100% sure.

I received the same email this morning also - about an hour after the 12.6 license was finally deposited in my iLok account. Of course I have an active support plan. What is going on at AVID???

Just received the email from Avid saying that I don't have an active upgrade plan which is incorrect. My iLok account shows my upgrade plan license.

I have been told by an Avid representative via Twitter and Facebook to ignore the email....
