Default windows 7 64 bit fresh install robotic playback issue

help thats all i can say i been searching for a eterny we can say ii installed pro tools 8.0.0 with a key i had upgraded to 8.0.3 connected the mbox when it told me then i disconnected it installion was done and i finished the restart did the 8.0.5 upgrade removed drivers and installed the beta but im getting some weird noise when i install hte 9.0 drivers it play backs perfect but the protools dosent reconize my mbox?
