problem with midi in pt 8 hd

hi , i have a problem with the midi in my system , i have a m-audio midi port 2x2 aniversari edition and works well , until i buy a tascam us 2400 ,suddenly stop of work , i get the last drivers for the midisport , and i reinstaling and the midi does not work, what happen , i have a amd 64 x2 protools hd 2
