Default Waves Demo Removal and CPU usage

I recently tried the Waves Demo and now that it has expired I don't know how to keep PT from complaining about every Waves plug-in. Does anyone know how to remove these? They don't show up in the system.

With regard to the product, I liked what Waves could do, however, on many of my mixes (which typically use 15-20 tracks and half a dozen audiosuite plugins) a single Waves plug in will put me over the top in CPU usage. I have a 900Mhz Home Built dedicated DAW with 98SE. The CPU will run about 40% and jump to 75% when I add a single Waves plug in. This will soon cause a drop-out. The only way I know of around this is to print the effects one at a time so you don't have alot of plugins running. I had wanted Waves to help with mastering but because of the processor requirements I decided to defer buying. Anyone else have similar experience or other work arounds?
