Renewed my HD support 12 days after expiration - cannot refresh my HD plan licence
Today I renewed my HD support plan 12 days after expiration so I was still in grace period. When I went into my iLok Licence Manager, I couldn't refresh the subscription for Pro Tools HD Plan. After I tried few times, I even "deactivated" my licence which then moved to the tab under "unavailable activations" and now I cannot even bring this expired licence back to my iLok.
How can I obtain now new licence in order to use my renewed support plan and Avid plugins that come with support? Best regards, Tine |
