Default EuControl forgetting my layouts

I'm getting to the point where I am quitting Pro Tools 9.0.1 of an evening, EuControl always—whether I've changed anything or not—asks me if I want to save changes I've made then quits and the next time I open the same Pro Tools session, the layouts are gone.

1. How can this be avoided

2. Can EuControl STOP asking me about changes? Switching between layouts manually does not constitute "changes". Seriously, knock it off.

The Layouts are unique to each Pro Tools session. It took me a minute to figure out, but I think it makes sense now.

Not sure why it asks you to save changes when no changes have been made... Regardless, is there any reason to not save?

After reopening the same session in Logic 9.1.3 that I made some layouts for the day before, my layouts are gone
There's something wrong with the current version of eucon.

I'm using Logic.

I first "store" the layout within the EuControl app. Then, once that's done, it seems to get saved with the Logic Song.

I think!

That is correct - you need to save it in EuControl Settings, then save your session.

Is this the process everyone is using?
