Yep, I highlighted this ages ago and was given a ton of semi condescending advice about my routing somehow being wrong. This has been a problem for ages. I've spent a fortune on Avid/Pro Tools over the years, can't believe they can't sort something as simple as this.

Came up again today as I was trying out Sound Radix auto align and noticed that things got further out if whack every time I opened up another instance if Sound Align. Wasted a whole day.

Sort it Avid.

Hi, sorry. I'm running PT10 HD Native.

Rant over.

Also 10 Native here. Here's an image of the problem: https://copy.com/XVjZ4HYs2RkNJC4p

You can see how the printed midi is offset. There is nothing on the master. The offset is 256 samples, which also happens to be the buffer setting. I must be missing something, right?
