question with reason

ive been useing reason on a friends computer and recently got a copy with my digi 002 for my own computer.....for some reason the matrix automation isnt in the rack on mine......how can i make the synths work without it?

You might have Reason Adapted, a light version that has some limitations. Not sure what they are but in full version you have the full blowing set of tools only limited by your processor speed.

i have the reason adapted for digidesign....but its the same one my friend has that ive been useing on his computer....is there any way to make the subtractors, and the synth work without the matrix

Flip the rack around (press Tab) and unplug the Matrix.

Reading the manual might also be a good start.

Man, just read the manuals it'll tell you everything!! You wont know much if you're just guessing how to use it.
