Back to PTLE 6.9.2

so i've posted on a few different discussions here, i've emailed tech support, and only got the standard answer of the trouble shooting. i am currently on 6.9.2, i upgrade to 7.0 and then 7.1 and each time i would open a session fro 6.9.2, wouldn't change a thing and i couldn't run the same session, i got cpu spikes all day long i couldn't get through a single song without cpu errors

so i'm still workin in 6.9.2 just so i can get work done, but as one could think i would like to be able to use the software i paid for, i've been watching this board, i have done every bit of troubleshooting countless times, all i want is a straight answer, i 've seen plenty of other people on here with the same issue. when are you going to address this problem, no-one at digi even seems to acknowledge this situation

all i want to hear is hey, we are working on it, let me help you, or the new relase on this date will fix that. not complete the troubleshooting
