DINR Plugin Issue

Hello, I'm new to the forum and somewhat new to AVID, so my bad if this is a dumb question, but AVID's customer support is trash, and I have no idea what to do.

Today, I rented DINR's noise reduction plug in. My account is acknowledging that I have it, but absolutely nothing happens when I click ANY of the download links. Is there simply just a waiting period for new plugins to verify payment or something? I can open the guides and PDFs but nothing happens when I click the download links, the tab icon spins for a second and then nothing. I only have this plugin for a few days, and I need it for a job so this is super frustrating.

I see 4 cases started by you today... all are still set to Pending Submission so I'll submit one of them for you. (DINR is a 32-bit plug-in so won't work with Pro Tools 11.0/higher - looks like you have a current Pro Tools subscription.)
