Video sync offset changes

Since my upgrade to 7.4 my video sync offset changes
every once in a while. Is this session size related?
Anyone else experiencing this?
I'm working with a Canopus advc100 with an offset of about 26 quarterframes
which used to be 18 in PT7.3.
