Default What we feeling about the RND Frequal-izer

Hi,

Just trying out the Roger Nichols digital Frequal-izer RTAS EQ plugin...

http://www.rogernicholsdigital.com/

Very powerfull and versatile EQ!!

What do ya think people?

Haven't found much info about its processing precision and exactly what's under the hood, but would like to know if it compares to the algorithmix EQ's which do claim to be very hi precision but are vst/pc...

Default Re: What we feeling about the RND Frequal-izer

I use the Frequalizer during "mastering" (put in quotes cause I'm definitely no ME) and it sounds nice to me. It also seems to me that the overall gain fader (when turned up some) has a certain sound to it that's kinda nice for some stuff... One crazy feature to note about Frequalizer is that it can take a picture of the EQ of a sound and then squeeze a different sound (or take) into that mold.. it's called "spectrum matching". It's really good if someone every brings you tons of vocals tracked on all different days then comped.
