Acustica Audio Nebula and PT 12

Is anyone successfully using Nebula plugins with Pro Tools 12 and OS X? I'm having serious bugs with my system. Sessions crash all the time, losing many hours of work, blah blah blah.

People at AA are very helpful and I also got support from Avid but I still can't find a solution.
