Default "Surrender" Structure free to upgrade?

Anybody know what and how to do this? I had Structure free as part of a bundle I got with my MBox, paid the $50 to upgrade and now it I'm getting an error message saying i have to surrender my previous license. I have no idea.

I thought it was a problem with my iLok, but they sent me this:

The licenses you purchased require the surrender of Structure which is not on your iLok.com account. Please contact AVID for help in changing your surrender terms or obtaining a Structure license.

This is where my eyes glaze over. Any help would be most appreciated.

I hate to be the bad messenger but you cannot update Structure free to structure 1.1 .You need to have Structure 1(Full paid version).

Ahhh, well it's better to know. So, what do I do? Go back and buy regular Structure? It's about $200, right?

Here is some infos from avid website:

Quote:
Special Upgrade Pricing
We want all Pro Tools users to supersize their sound, which is why we’re offering special upgrade pricing on the Pro Tools Instrument Expansion Pack to anyone who owns the Virtual Instrument Box Set or any A.I.R. virtual instrument.

Take a good look at these deals — you won’t want to miss out. Special pricing is available for the following upgrades:

If you own Virtual Instrument Box Set, you may upgrade to the Pro Tools Instrument Expansion Pack for only $99 (USD).
If you own Structure, you may upgrade to the Pro Tools Instrument Expansion Pack for only $199 (USD). If you’re thinking about purchasing another virtual instrument, you can get the entire collection for less than the cost of any single instrument.
If you currently own Strike, Velvet, Transfuser, Hybrid, or Structure LE, you may upgrade to the Pro Tools Instrument Expansion Pack for only $299 (USD). If you plan on purchasing just one more virtual instrument — especially if you’re considering Structure — you can’t ignore this deal!
Here is the link:http://www.avid.com/US/products/Pro-...Expansion-Pack

Since you already paid $50.00 it would be better if you contact Avid.
