Default Fosucrite d2/d3 update?

The Focusrite d2/d3 bundle has been a bit of a go-to for me for at least the past decade.

I've just upgraded to an M1 Max MacBook Pro. It's been quite the upgrade; my last Mac Pro was a 2015 trashcan model and I've been through two iMacs and a MacBook Pro since. This computer is the fastest I've ever worked on (probably in part because I was stuck on Pro Tools 2018 on macOS 10.12.6 prior to my upgrade).

I know Pro Tools isn't officially supported on Monterey yet, though it is supported on Apple Silicon via Rosetta. I've been running Pro Tools just fine and it zips; half my plug-ins (including Waves which are theoretically officially supported) don't work, but I've been able to get by as my most crucial ones do.

Except, of course, the Focusrite d2/d3 bundle, which won't even install. I've been looking for information on if/when they may eventually be updated to be able to support M1 via Rosetta, or if I should spend this time branching out to find something new to replace them. From what I can tell it's been a long, long time since the bundle has been even cursorily looked at, and other developers don't appear to plan to update many of their legacy products to M1 Silicon (iZotope, for example, don't appear to be invested in updating thei ExponentialAudio product line) so I'm guessing it's probably the end of the line (unfortunately).

Anyone have any further insight, or alternately a recommendation on what to replace them with?

It's unlikely to be end of line support is my guess, but I could be wrong.

Have you tried v18.8? https://www.avid.com/plugins/focusrite-d2-d3#Downloads

If that won't install, how about copying the plugin into your plugins directory manually from a previous install?

I can confirm the d2/d3 both work on my M1 with 2021.12.0 and 11.6.1 so I am pretty sure they will make it to the latest OS at some point.

I was able to install v18.8! I must have missed that and accidentally gone for v12.

Unfortunately, it does not work with Monterey; hopefully once Pro Tools gets official support, so too will this bundle.

Remember, they are really old, and personally I never found them to be anything special. Not twenty years ago, not now. I'd rather use EQ3 and Dyn3 that comes w/PT myself.
