Default greenchilli HD 3.5\"

i got a greenchilli "smart(?)" drive respectively an external harddrive... perhaps any of you people have been already using it... i´m not really sure if it´s actually also running true 1394-data-rates...
the specification says it has USB 2.0 and/or a firewire-connection... but it´s just one port. the cable looks like a firewire-usb-hybrid... i know - concerning this matter i´m not really up to date..

and if anybody know that drive - is it useable as an dedicated audio-drive for pro tools??

thanks in advance!
