2021.3 graphics glitch?

I would make an image backup of your drive using something like Carbon Copy Cloner first.

Then format the drive and install the OS (use a compatible previous version if you want) and then install Protools 2020.12. Check that everything is working properly. Start installing any 3rd party plugins and test each time.

If you have other applications on that computer, reinstall those and restore your data files.

I know this is tedious and time consuming, but you asked for the best way to roll back/reset.
