Unexplained Changes in EuControl Setup

All,

I'll admit to being new with EuControl and Avid surfaces but without knowingly making any setup changes, the faders on my two S1's do not line up properly with the configuration in any of my Pro Tools sessions. I have several sessions I'm working on for a client that had been working properly.

My setup:
macOS Catalina Version 10.15.7 (19H1615)
Pro Tools 2021.12.0
EuControl 2021.10.1.29
Two S1's
One Dock

I'll attach a couple of screen shots of EuControl and try to explain. In EuControl on the Assign tab, it doesn't matter if I use Auto-Assign or specify the track name for the control surface channel. I just created an empty Pro Tools session with fourteen mono tracks, one stereo track and one master fader. If I solo each track on the control surfaces they line up with EuControl. However if I use the faders on the control surfaces and move them, only channels one - thirteen and the master fader move as expected. Channels fourteen and fifteen don't respond at all. This test session is doing exactly what my client session started to do. The 1st attachment shows the test session with the current surface configuration and the 2nd attachment was the surfaces configuration I had been using for the last couple of months when I purchased all of this.

Have you tried switching the S1's around and see if the issue moves with the hardware? Try and bank those faders to a different physical position and what happens?

Before I could check that out I power cycled the S1 and it worked as I expected.
