Ultimate 2018 Update renewal - Heat & Complete Plugin Bundle?

Anybody know how Avid is handling the complete plugin bundle renewal with 2018 Ultimate update & support plan renewals?

After the confusion last years I ended up with 3 separate iLok licenses and two subscriptions showing in my account, all with different expiration dates. I renewed my plan and none have updated to reflect another year.

Also, scanning down the Avid PT product comparison page I noticed it states heat is included with PT Ultimate. Here is a C&P direct from the page:

Comes with 114 virtual instruments, effects, sound processors, and utility plugins, including the Avid Complete Plugin Bundle, UVI Falcon, HEAT, and Pro Tools | MachineControl

This would be great though I have my reservations...

So, the Complete Plugin Bundle costs $50 a year. Heat costs $500 by itself. And the Ultimate renewal costs $400 per year, and includes both Heat and the annual Complete Plugin Bundle?

Call me skeptical.

I though the Complete Plugin Bundle came with Ultimate anyway.

The complete bundle has been included since last year.

I just noticed Heat in the included plugin section on the version comparison page this afternoon, hadn't seen that before. There is no note that it requires a separate purchase either. Curious minds want to know. Avid would hit a home run if they actually included this one.

It feels like we've been here before - I remember last year we had this exact same discussion with regard to HEAT. Looking at the current comparison chart it seems unambiguous, but I remember thinking this last year too.

As to the plugin bundle, this too looks unambiguous, and it looks like good news. Yet for me my Ultimate plan expires on Mar 31 2020 - I just paid for an extension to the annual sub - yet my license for the plugin bundle expires on Apr 7 2019, for some reason. Prob need a support case to sort that one out.

I would assume, if they actually are including Heat now, that it would be a separate license than the Complete bundle.

But I'm also skeptical that that note that seems to indicate that Heat is included with Ultimate actually means what it says it does.

I just bought Ultimate a couple weeks ago. And there is no mention of Heat in any of my accounts.
