Problem is Avid decision makers do not read DUC posts. You all need to contact support to give them data they need to follow.

Problem is...With HDX, it works...but it becomes a big problem, if i send the Project to someone, who has only native Protools Ultimate...

We all know that, but the problem is unless you contact Avid Support their decision makers do not have any data users have a problem.

Where did they get their data for the popularity for track folders from? I'll bet you a shiny 50p piece it wasn't from hoards of us contacting Avid Support.

Then we need to go to that "somewhere else" in droves and register this "delay comp" thing as a legitimate complaint. Support aren't going to care; they're too busy fire fighting.

Every support case makes a record and those are the numbers Avid Bean Counters are watching. They are not spending time reading user forum.

Maybe Avid should read the forum which bears their name?!

Seriously, I can't understand why they wouldn't pay any heed to the views of a broad and long standing user base.

Maybe that is why Avid seem to be so far off base at times?

Of course there is Avid staff like Jeffro and Tope, but I was talking about decision makers. Ranting here is a very long way to reach meeting room, CS cases take a shortcut
