Unable to login to Avid master account!!

Folks

i am unable to login to my avid master account,
i have tried to reset my password but i get a message that my attempt was unsuccessful and i should check my email.

i know my email is correct anyone have an issue like this before?

any advice would be appreciated.

Have you checked if the website sent you any confirmation link in your email? Check your spam folder also just to be sure.

Hi,
We were able to find that you added a space at the end of ".org " when you originally created your Avid account. That space has been removed, so try logging in with that email address again at http://account.avid.com

I also have not been able to log into my master account for weeks now and no response after contacting Avid via "Feedback."

I have reset the password about six different times, and every time I change it and type the new password in, it always says, "We were unable to log you in. Please check your email address and password and try again."

Cookies are enabled, and the account was verified to Avid via email originally. I was able to get into my master account before.

It may be that you have an Avid account but have not yet created an Avid Master Account. Check your email to see if you received this just now:
"Your password was successfully reset. Check your email for your new password. You will be prompted to change your password after first login."

If you are not able to login on the main page, try logging in here:

I have a similar problem, i am trying to change my out of date email address which i have no access to. they tell me i have to set up a master account which I've done but for some reason i am unable to link any of my accounts.

Contact the Avid web support team through the registration case page here:

http://avid.force.com/Support/RegistrationCaseCreation

Enter "Avid Account Email" in the Subject field. An Avid Support Code is not required for registration issues.

In addition to your name, be sure and include any previous email addresses (and physical address if you may have registered with a different location); along with your current address and current email.

I don't find any subject field from the link provided. My account is linked to my old email, how can I change my email info?
