Default Need Adobe Flash Player??? HOW???

I tried to open SE today, and after booting it said I need Adobe flash player. I downloaded it, still does the same thing and I have to turn off the computer in order to restart because the window will not close.

Any answers to this problem?

Cheers,

JesseLee
