Default License Renewal Issues/Questions

Last night I renewed my support plan and license for another year. Does it usually take some time to process?

My AVID account shows that I'm valid through May of 2018 now but I haven't seen any change in my iLok account. No new licenses have been deposited and my existing license still says that it expires in May of 2017.

Is this normal?

If you are referring to your Pro Tools Plan license then yes, that's normal. Please see the Pro Tools Licensing FAQ thread stuck at the top of this forum for more info, thanks.

You bet. I don't expect it to be a problem, but please contact Avid CS if you have any trouble around your plan's renewal date (next month).

I just updated my annual subscription on one ProTools 'Vanilla' license.

In my AVID account it says the license will expire Mars 2018.

On the iLok key it says the Pro Tools Plan will expire 05.05.2017.
Pro Tools subscription will expire 28.05.2017.
I have just refreshed both licenses.

Is this the 'normal' behaviour, or should I contact support to check this out ?

If it's an Annual Subscription then you should have a Pro Tools Subscription license and a Pro Tools Plan license with expiration dates that match the original expiration of your Annual Subscription. These get extended just before your original expiration date (not necessarily on the date you renew). See my previous post which links to the FAQ about this.

I see you have multiple products so will start a support case to get more info and help identify these licenses.
