S/PDIF - Can not input to 001
I think the S/PDIF input on my 001 system is shot. I talked to DigiDesign tech support and followed their instructions -- S/PDIF mirroring engaged (also tried it off), optical set to ADAT (I also tried S/PDIF), set I/O to default.
I can output fine from ProTools to my DAT machine through the S/PDIF, but I can't come out of the DAT into ProTools via S/PDIF. I tested the S/PDIF output on my DAT using another machine, and it appears to be fine. Can anyone think of anything else I can try? ... Or does it seem like the S/PDIF input on the 001 is dead? Thanks for any help. dm |
