Default Frequency = notes played...Anyone have a chart?

Hello

I am looking for a breakdown, in chart form if possible, that shows what frequencies equal which notes in a scale. For instance, if my bassline has a G# that is too loud and I want to just turn down that note, what frequency corresponds? I know that Concert A = 440 but if someone had a chart that breaks it all down that would be of great use to me (and probably a lot of other people). thanks!!

chris
