How are you using the Aux IO? Post a pic of your IO setup and you provide zero system info

I'm having the same issue here.

Systems setup:
Mac Pro (Late 2013)
2.7 GHz 12-Core Intel Xeon E5
64 GB 1866 MHz DDR3
OS 12.6

Single card HDX with Sonnet Chassis.

I have 6 custom maps that are showing up just fine and I also have the Dolby bridge in there. It very much seems like a sync issue. There's a lot of pops and clicks and after a while I get
"The Aux I/O device has disappeared from the system and will be disabled"
-for every Aux io interface that I have in my io setup. Then I have to restart and redo all the io setup work again.

It seams like using Aux io with source connect might possibly be the issue. When I was using Nexus I NEVER had an issue like this.

I am having a similar issue. I have Aux IO outputs feeding the Aja IO4K to feed audio to my TV, another output going direct HDMI to my TV for extended desktop, and PTAB 2a & 2B to feed Zoom/Google Meet.

I have gotten the same message a number of times. I feel like when I do a Zoom or Google Meet meeting while Pro Tools has a session open, but I'm not using the PTAB feeds, just using DVS in and out of Zoom/Meet, this is when it happens the most, but that is just speculation.

Mac Studio Max 64GB 2TB
macOS 12.5.1
Pro Tools Ultimate 2022.9
HDX1 in Sonnet Echo III-D
MTRX Studio + Sync HD
DVS feeding system audio into DADman
Aja IO4K
Aja Gen10
3 x S1 + Dock
EuCon 2022.9

Same issue here.
ProTool looses Aux i/o 3-4 times in a 1 hour zoom call.

Have started seeing this too, but not when I'm actually using it. I only use it for perhaps an hour a week and it's been okay. But for instance if i leave PT open for a bit, sometimes, even just the screensaver activating will bring this up.

Have a look at www.gingeraudio.com. They have a free routing app and a reasonably priced routing app for Mac. Supposed to be working on a Windows version.
