Default Audio Tracks Delayed in Playback

002-Mac G4 dual-Lots o ram-Motu 828 MK II

This just started today. While tracking and overdubbing to existing tracks the newly recorded audio tracks play back about 300-400 samples late. Low Latency was both on and off (on playback) and buffer was tried at all sizes. Sometimes while using keyboard shorcuts I'll hit an extra keystroke by accident. Is there a delay option somewhere that I may have activated?
