Auto Tune 5

Im needing to upgrade to AT 5. Has anyone upgraded using the "Native+TDM" package?? Will i be able to authorize this plug in on two separate iloks? IE: 1 ilok is RTAS and the other ilok is TDM? I only have one version of this plug in and its native... does that mean It only gets authorized with on ilok?

Any tips would be awesome.
