Shortcut to render 1 kHz tone in selection (not working)

I originally posted this in the wrong section. Posting here instead, as it's a PT10 issue.

For some reason the Shift+Win+Alt+3 (Control+Option+Shift+3 on Mac) command is not working in Pro Tools 10HD. It's working in 11HD, though.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Does the audiosuite signal generator work for you OK if you do this manually?

I've never noticed this issue. Those keystrokes have always worked for me, as long as a certain length of time is highlighted. Of course a blinking cursor with no length won't generate any tone.

Yeah, it's strange. I select one frame, use the shortcut. Works fine in PT11. It used to work in PT10 as well, now it doesn't. I've tried a fresh install, but no dice.

I am having an issue with several of my audio suite plugins where they don't allow me to adjust anything. For example in Varify I can't click "speed up". "Slow down" is default so it work just fine. Another example is in the 7 band eq I can't adjust the eq at all. It's like they are frozen. Any help would be great.
