Platform Maintenance - February 14th, 2024

Hello everyone….


Please be advised that some of our Avid tools will undergo critical maintenance tomorrow Feb 14th, 2024, at 2:30 am GMT / 9:30 pm EST.


During this maintenance period, the following will be affected/intermittent:



· Avid Everywhere/Platform - MyAvid sign in will be affected, for Pro Tools clients projects – functionality such as upload to the cloud, listing projects on the cloud, etc. will be affected.



· Avid Link - Sign in will be affected for all clients (mobile, desktop, etc).



· Sibelius Cloud - rendering scores will be affected as asset and resource services which are platform components, are dependent on our rendering service..



This will be intermittent throughout the duration of the activity - approximately 1 hour - but may extend depending on the time it takes to recover the platform services.
