Default Mono button - strange behaviour

The mono button on my C 24 really increase the volume of what I'm listenig to compared with stereo (about 1 or 2 dB may be 3)
No, that's not a phase problem; because even 2 mono tracks will do the same.
Did you also noticed that on yours ?

In addition to that, I have a buzz in the headphone output. That's all for the moment, but I'm a bit afraid it's not finished...
