For Rent - Studio space in So Cal

Manhattan Beach, ocean view...audio bay with wiring to booth / machine room is available to compatible person...overflow work from our main bay happens, so post audio experience would be much appreciated...we do everything from tv shows to radio spots to commercials....alot of VO recording.

Reception area / kitchen / office space....very cool vibe...1500/month, and we can discuss work / rent arrangements as well.
